Bet You Can't Do This 15 Second Weight Loss Exercise Without Wanting To Throw Up

I'm going to show you a simple 15 second exercise that not only helps with weight loss, but it almost immediately increases your energy levels and alertness. But there's a problem. Many people who do this easy exercise feel like they're going to throw up.


The reason is because their Endocrine System is unbalanced and this exercise specifically targets just the Endocrine System... no muscles, nothing else. Give it a try, but don't say I didn't warn you.


So what is this magical exercise?


It's nothing more than spinning around in a circle... just like what 4-year old children do all the time.


Without going into too many details, I'll just mention that the Endocrine System controls your hormones. When it's unbalanced, your hormones get all whacky. When that happens, you can expect bad things to happen to your body... both in terms of weight and general health.


Spinning stimulates the Endocrine System to balance itself out.


So how about you give it a try and prove me wrong about the throwing up part that I mentioned above.


Here's what you do. Get where you have some space to move, like your living room. Next, lift your arms up parallel to the ground (like airplane wings). Now, spin towards your right... which is clockwise. That's very important. Don't spin counter-clockwise.


Do anywhere from 10-20 spins at one time. Go as fast as possible.


So what happened? Did you feel energized and just slightly dizzy or did you get extremely dizzy and feel like you're about to throw up? The answer to that helps you to determine your weight loss potential. Now, if you throw up... at least you can't blame my cooking! Wink wink.

If you're a fat person, weight loss is kind of a big deal to you. First off, please don't be offended by the title of this article. I was just trying to grab your attention so that maybe you'd read it and learn something. 1. Drop almost all drinks that have calories in them


The only exception would be protein shakes. But this is how you can do it. If you are anything like I was, you love drinking sodas. For me, I was big on lemonades and Mountain Dew. But in less than 3 days, I was able to successfully give them up and save myself thousands of calories each week.


How did I do it?


I used Stevia packets. These are packets of a natural sugar substitute. I stress the NATURAL part since basically every sugar substitute on the market is man-made and UNNATURAL. So I took these packets, 2 at a time, and put them in my waters. I either shoot it up (if I was using my water bottle) or stirred it in (if it was in a glass).


Then I drank it. Simple. Nothing to it. The water was nice and sweet. I didn't have a craving for the sugars in lemonade or Mountain Dew. Problem solves in under 3 days. I have no desires for sodas now.


2. Do this 1 thing for me, focus on eating a breakfast high in protein and/or fiber


Breakfast is vital. How you day goes is a reflection of what you start out with. Scrambled eggs and 1/2 can of black beans will start you out right. They fill you up and kickstart the metabolism from it's nightly fast. Because you get a nutritious breakfast, you're less likely to snack on unhealthy stuff... along with having less cravings and junk food urges in the afternoon and at night. If you don't have eggs and black beans, try having rolled oats oatmeal with a scoop of protein powder.


This is simple and the ultimate fat person weight loss method to use.

Frequency and Intensity - The Keys to Weight-Loss

If you have ever wondered how to get results from your personal fitness and exercise program then you need to understand that there are certain variables involved to make your venture a success. The way to make sure your program is a success is to make sure you are putting the necessary time and the necessary work into your training.


1. Frequency: I would suggest that you try to get your training in at least three days a week. You can go everyday of the week so long as you really know what you are doing, but there is nothing wrong with even practicing certain movements as push-ups and planks most days of the week. If you give yourself a days rest between workouts this is a good start to varying your training days.


2. Intensity: Even if you are getting a good three days a week with your workouts they aren't going to amount to much unless you understand how to properly stress the body to get an intense experience. I would even say that drastic cosmetic results will not be obtained unless you are taking your body to a moderately high to high level of exertion. Remember that you would even be better off only doing one or two days a week of high intensity workouts rather than doing three or four leisure days. This is where your fat-loss and weight-loss will occur more rapidly. Just make sure you are keeping your strength and fitness training varied. This is what will ensure your success when training with proper intensity!

The difference is in the type of calories. We get our calories from fat, protein and carbohydrates. It is extremely important to have a good ratio between them. If you get most of your calories from fat you will gain weight. If you get to much of carbs you get fat. Ok, so besides the total calorie intake you should also know what type of calorie to eat.


Another important tip is that you must eat every four hours during the day. Do not skip any of those meals as it will mess up your insuline levels and that will make your dieting a failure.
